Standing for long hours. Don't get paid enough for the work that you do. In retail if you are not in management , sales associate... just do not get paid enough. We're at the bottom were the big dogs always catch the bone and dessert. But that is any business that you go to. They wait tooo long to make changes. And it is not a company that is easy to move up in. The bonuses are crap. You don't work commission at all. But it is a great name to have on your resume. I think that's why a lot of people stay for the amount of time that they do. A lot of opportunities have came my way because of that. This is literally for temporary...not a career. And the company always raise the price of products twice a year. No one is going to buy a canvas bag for $1700!
