Luxurious work environment, perks such as a hair dresser allowance, internationally well-known company, high standards for presentation and selling ceremony so you do learn quite a lot
Cons
You as a personal are completely replaceable. I've seen them let go some very promising people because they were not willing to help them develop within the company (especially relocating to a different store!!!)
