Fast pace environment, very dynamic and multi cultural team, good employee discount, good health insurance, good 41k

Cons

Toxic environment, coworkers become your worse enemy due the competition, high sale goals, different sales focus, different sales priorities, extremely pressure to perform, pressure to sell high end products such as fine jewelry, exotic skins, Clothing line and hard sided pieces. Management never is held accountable for their mistakes, employees constantly get fired for errors that most of the time could be voided by efficient training, worse commission structure in the luxury industry, company dry their employees by the bone, Clients suck the life of the employees, difficult to take a sick day without getting concern about loosing the job, most of the time no management support on the floor, pressure to clientele when there’s no time due to the high foot traffic. Only thirty minutes break, most of the time breaks are interrupted by clients on the floor looking for the adviser. Constantly Harassment by the new managers (team leaders) that wants to show efficiency in their leadership. The list goes on and on and on. If you are willing to apply to this company be ready to sell your soul to the devil.
