Busy season hours, but the summers help!

The majority of the staff that have worked there for a long time are wonderful.

The Partners at LTR are VERY difficult to work with. There is no clear direction of what they want from their employees and you are left guessing. Most of the time you guess incorrectly. Lots of gossip from the top down. There were also some very unethical things going on that contributed to my decision to leave. I could not be happier I left and I am now in a place where I am treated with respect and as an actual part of a team rather than just a cog in the wheel.
