When I interviewed with the Hiring Manager, it didn't take long for me to realize the culture at this company was not what I am looking for in a company. Her language and the comments she made about other staff was very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Short, in person interview with HR manager. Done very conversationally, not a lot of hard "interview type" questions. HR manager wanted to get to know you as a person and verify that you knew the information necessary to complete job requirements.
