There is a clear lack of knowledge and expertise regarding the core business, which negatively affects the quality of the work delivered. Instead of addressing these shortcomings, they seem to rely heavily on the reputation and name of the group behind them, using it as a shield rather than focusing on performing their responsibilities properly. In my opinion, this not only reflects poorly on the company itself but also damages the reputation of the wider group it represents.
