Pros

Great technology that does perform. Nice people who want to succeed in their role.

Cons

Issues are obvious from day 1. This is a poor-man's tech startup; the office has a new kitchen so it seems nice, but the office itself is dank, dark and dismal. There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE. On-boarding is an actual joke, the environment is not welcoming (mostly because there is no effort from leadership to welcome new hires; and the current employees are so stressed out trying to make their numbers) - they have implemented so many HR tools that are underutilized. No training whatsoever and lack of overall leadership and direction. ZERO company culture - it's a culture void. Leadership is just that in name. It's always changing and no changes are communicated to employees. For example; a new VP of Sales was brought in and sales people were not even told about it until 2 days after they started! Convoluted reporting structure. I could even add more about the CEO being the most bizarre and truly unfriendly people I have ever had the misfortune of working with, but I'll spare you. Beware, all decisions are made at LoopMe based on his current whims and fancies. There is no rhyme or reason for why any changes or structures are implemented. I'll reiterate what was written in other reviews that their is absolutely no support here from marketing or leadership. The kitchen is stocked, but there's only garbage in the fridge.

Pros

The solution has great delivery and measurement products and the clients love it. We did our Sales Kick off at Disney World this year and we do fun events like this throughout the year, so a really good culture.

Cons

Growing company, so the inherent growing pains, but nothing to be alarmed about.

Pros

There are great members on the Sales team that are fun to work with

Cons

Employees are often treated like numbers rather than people. I was denied paternity leave despite being just two days shy of my one-year mark, leaving me without pay when my first child was born. This showed that policies and employee well-being are secondary to the company’s bottom line. It is apparent the company is positioning itself for sale, and this drives decisions. Employees are seen as expenses to cut rather than people to invest in, with benefits, perks, and support reduced to improve margins. Promises about valuing employees often feel like empty statements rather than reality.
