Feedback and Openness. There are many opportunities to provide honest and transparent feedback. Leadership presents survey results, shows comparisons to past years, talks about what has been implemented to address concerns and what will be implemented to address any new concerns. Small, growing company. With it being a smaller company focused on strategic growth, you have the opportunity to influence and impact the company's development. Tools. There was a recent tech refresh to get everyone the latest hardware. AI is being implemented and they are looking for more ways to stay lean while improving capabilities and services. Change. They are constantly working to improve and get better

Change. There is a high pace of change that can be challenging to keep up with. Lean. With a focus to stay lean, they are looking at how newly available tools (AI) can improve capabilities and performance rather than hiring new team members. Communication. It takes a bit to learn all of the platforms and know how, when, and where to communicate through the proper channels.
