      Top notch staff that is experienced, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. The company's core values create a positive workplace and collaborative team environment. Being a growing company, there are limitless opportunities for each employee's personal growth and advancement. Very competitive pay, excellent leadership, and family atmosphere without the woes of a large corporation.

      LogoJET is fast paced growing company with constant transformation. This can be overwhelming for personalities that do not adopt change easily.

      Pros

      LogoJET offers a fun working environment. Co-workers are friendly and everyone meshes together like family. I started as a low level customer service representative and expanded my knowledge of the industry and grew up the ladder within 5 years.

      Pros

      Good customer service, great tech team.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with no job automony, no health insurance, (they just offer to subsidize appox 30% of cost), every single decision has to go through CEO, causing bottlenecks. Systems are antiquated and processes are overly complicated or entirely undefined. No work life balance. Extremely high turnover rate. As a new employee, I was asked to give a positive review on Glassdoor, which I have since deleted. That's the real source for any positive LJ reviews.
