      Pros

      Welcoming work environment everyone treats each other with respect no matter what position. Room for growth as the company been recognized as one of the top 5000 lists of growing companies in the USA and one of the 10 growth leaders in Louisiana.

      Cons

      Challenging at times due to the fast pace, if your not a multitasker it would be difficult to be successful.

      Tremendous Emphasis on Customer Support

      Pros

      When it comes to our customers, the only question asked is: Are they satisfied? No tracking average handle time on calls - Is the customer satisfied? Travel Extensive training and support from the technical team. The atmosphere really is "team"

      Cons

      The company is growing so there are lots of decisions being made by a small number of people. This leads to lack of communication of those decisions to those on the front lines. This is getting better, but it's not quite there yet.

      Cons

      I found it tough with part of the staff that was remote full time to all stay on the same page. It was not something I think most are used to but it is a personal preference.
