LogoJET is fast paced growing company with constant transformation. This can be overwhelming for personalities that do not adopt change easily.

Good customer service, great tech team.

Toxic environment with no job automony, no health insurance, (they just offer to subsidize appox 30% of cost), every single decision has to go through CEO, causing bottlenecks. Systems are antiquated and processes are overly complicated or entirely undefined. No work life balance. Extremely high turnover rate. As a new employee, I was asked to give a positive review on Glassdoor, which I have since deleted. That's the real source for any positive LJ reviews.
