Pros
- no arbitrary assignments for interview - very quick rounds, completed all three in the same week - extremely engaged and responsive recruiter - no 'trick' questions, very conversational - I was offered a job the same day I completed my last round - Offered a higher amount than I discussed with recruiter (but still in range for what was advertised on LinkedIn for the salary range] - gives impression overall that the company values employees' time
Cons
- onboarding on day one was a little complicated/fast-paced but extremely manageable and the team was super helpful and patient - not a 'con', but it was apparent with all of my rounds that the interviewers are trained to be very solid in terms of not giving the slightest hint that you're doing well in the interview (I asked about my prospects of moving on to the next round multiple times]. Stay strong and confident if you're interviewing!
