Compensation has been fair throughout the stint. Remuneration can be rewarding if you are able to meet sales targets.

Cons

- Reducing benefits from being provided wellness allowances to claims of $50 per month. - Salary increments are not reviewed based on employee performance / meeting KPIs. - Promotion structure / track not in place for employees to navigate especially for sales employees. - Current Stock Plan is almost non-existent. the only remuneration worth chasing for is commissions through winning deals. - GTM strategy that changes every quarter can lead to frustration in delivering value at work.
