LogicMonitor is an amazing place to work if you are a driven person. There is a ton of room to grow and to make a name for yourself. Everyone is very friendly and looking for team success. This is the first job where I have felt completely apart of a team and family.

Cons

You HAVE to be self motivated. No one has time to bug you about getting things done. If you are someone that needs a lot of management and direction, run far, far away.
