Logic truly has the best culture. All the employees are super kind and genuine. I've never experienced a culture as positive as Logic's. People really care about you as individuals and so does management. People care about your career growth and that is reflected in the Career Mentor Program. There is a lot of diversity and people from different backgrounds and experiences. I would recommend Logic to anyone looking for a job.

Can't think of any cons.

Somewhat successful company in their established lines of business such as tech reengineering at retailers.

Extremely mercenary organization that watches your billable hours like a hawk. Even if you have a highly technical background, they will not cross-train you for anything. If there is a hiatus in your line of work and your billable hours dip, they will put your career on hiatus by laying you off ruthlessly. And the people who hired you won't have the courtesy to even show up on the phone call when they lay you off.
