      Logic Trichy office - It's not corporate office but just a college classroom where there will be headmaster considering taking care of everything around but lacks minimal professionalism (0% professionalism). Here, you do not need to be good in technical or functional knowledge but if you are with someone called warden then you are praised by all (even by head of management). A set of 2 or 3 senior people in this Trichy office have formed a group (groupism) and showing 0% professionalism in working location

      Pros

      Logic truly has the best culture. All the employees are super kind and genuine. I've never experienced a culture as positive as Logic's. People really care about you as individuals and so does management. People care about your career growth and that is reflected in the Career Mentor Program. There is a lot of diversity and people from different backgrounds and experiences. I would recommend Logic to anyone looking for a job.

      Working at Logic allows for you to feel like you are part of a family. We take care of each other and make sure your career path is the right one for everyone.

      Sometimes communication can break down but overall it typically gets dealt with. We sometimes get in our own way.
