      Pros

      Nice President of the company.

      Cons

      The Directors aren't really directing. They are hiding behind the people who are doing the real work. Have no idea how they got promoted to these positions. I have been on different projects and they are all the same.

      It is unfortunate that you are making such a general statement about “all” of our Directors. When Logic promotes a team member into a leadership role there are many competency areas we assess. I wish you had shared your frustrations with us while you were still an employee at Logic. We may have been able to talk through your concerns and come to a resolution.       Pros

      Logic truly has the best culture. All the employees are super kind and genuine. I've never experienced a culture as positive as Logic's. People really care about you as individuals and so does management. People care about your career growth and that is reflected in the Career Mentor Program. There is a lot of diversity and people from different backgrounds and experiences. I would recommend Logic to anyone looking for a job.

      Working at Logic allows for you to feel like you are part of a family. We take care of each other and make sure your career path is the right one for everyone.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication can break down but overall it typically gets dealt with. We sometimes get in our own way.
