      Great pay. Supported a positive work/life balance. Empathetic management.

      Cons

      Honestly, I'd love for there only to be positive things to say about LP. However, after a string of dubious business decisions that ultimately costed hundreds of LPers their jobs, it's hard to award 5 stars.
