The people make LivePerson a great place to work; there is a lot of collaboration and people are willing to jump in to help you on projects or tasks. You have to put the work in with your co-workers to see this in full effect. The direction of the company feels a lot more focused than it has in the past.
Cons
2023 was a difficult year but that is a consistent theme across the tech industry. Consistent change means you can often be changing priorities frequently and things don't get done.
