There was no real structure to LP, it was confusing and messy without knowing who to speak to Little to no communication between departments, they held sessions with them but once the hour session ended, we never heard from them again - marketing in particular were difficult to communicate with A lot of favouritism within the organisation, if you made friends with the right people, you get promoted or moved even if you weren't hitting targets or reaching goals - at one point a manager called someone in our team their 'best friend' and they got a promotion despite being the weakest in the team Sudden restructurings that lead to layoffs and no prior warning to prepare
