Above average pay in the space, but that is because their reputation precedes them. It amounts to a bribe to overlook a severely broken org.
Cons
I cannot state this enough, this company is hanging by a thread. Layoffs are a constant and reliable shortcut to accounting for poor sales performance on the balance sheet. Leadgen is virtually non-existent, and there are too many layers of management trying to manage too few opportunities. This results in a lot of busywork so that middle management can justify itself. That busywork is often the catalyst for predatory termination practices to obfuscate the frequency of RIFs. For a company that has been around since 95, it's hard to understand how they're stock has performed so poorly for so long. There are a few illuminating SEC filings surrounding the 2023 departure of founder and CEO, Rob Locascio, on Google. I wish I'd found them before rolling the dice. If you need work, take it, but I would suggest it only as a stopgap.
