working hours - most cases is 60+ hours a week with 1 day off and on that day off you normally get a phone call or text from your manager asking you questions
management are poor they rarely reward you for good performances and even if you have a good month its forgotten about the next day
commission structure is very poor id say unless you can sell 25+ cars a month its pointless even going in to work as its £0 per car for the first 12 then £5 per car for 18 and then you start getting better after that
