Management are absolutely terrible and incompetent I really can't express this enough.
Even if you are new you are not allowed to make any mistakes despite not being trained or developed at all.
Condescending attitude from management, lots of backstabbing, favouritism and gossiping, talking badly about former employees and current ones mainly by higher ups.
Toxic culture to the very core.
Unprofessional management.
Profanities spoken constantly around the office.
You will be treated with utter disregard and contempt, you are nothing but a number, that is it.
They absolutely will throw you under the bus to save their own skin.
High staff turnover for obvious reasons.
Never been happier to leave a company before.
