100% the team I worked with Did learn a lot during my time, but that was majority self taught and the team dynamic working together. No management involvement!
Cons
Lack of communication Poor Management, next to no reviews or check ins (until it's too late) No guidance You are just a number Expected to work long hours, with no extra benefit Low pay for the job you actually end up doing
