Good team, good with holidays, working hours a lot better than they used to be, decent bonus structure for experienced sales people

Cons

Demanding management, can be a long wait to progress internally and difficult to get promotions externally, bonus structure not great for people new to the industry as commission bandings are quarterly - so if you join halfway through a quarter & don’t have many sales you can be on a low banding for quite a while.
