Pros

Remote work. Salary is okay and bonus is good. Benefits good.

Cons

To survive here, you basically have to kill your inner engineer and just play the political game. The AI strategy is a total joke. Leadership forces AI into absolutely everything, burning through API tokens without anyone checking if it actually makes sense or adds value. Instead of making us efficient, it just gums up the gears and slows everyone down. It feels like management has stopped thinking entirely. They're letting AI make core technical decisions, so now the whole product and strategy is just pure slop. To make things worse, layoffs are completely random. They are letting go of the exact people who actually know how the systems work, completely draining the company of real talent. Meanwhile, middle managers are just coasting. They spend their days generating AI decks, passing them off as their own work, and using them to paint a fake, rosy picture for the board. At the end of the day, visibility and optics are everything. Actual engineering rigor doesn't matter at all.

Pros

The individuals who have been brought together by this company

Cons

Where do I start? Toxic work environment which everything you do will be controlled, watched and scrutinized. They will lay you off without warning, put you on a pip yet very little training. The company gets scrutinized by its product & support. Unrealistic quotas and toxic management coming from the top down. No job security.
