Pros

Great company culture. LiquidPlanner offers a number of benefits that make your in-office experience pleasant . They offer many soft benefits including snacks, Tuesday team lunches, happy hours, yoga, tech outings, etc. as well as regular benefits such as 401k, lots of vacation days (20), maternity + paternity leave, gym and travel stipends etc. The management team is also extraordinary. They want their employees to grow and do well and make sure they are doing all in their power to see that this happens. They hire rockstars and make sure that each team member is happy as well as motivated. The environment is very collaborative and ideas can come from any employee at any level.

Cons

The pace is very quick at LP- I do not think this is a con, but if you don't like a fast paced environment, this may not be for you.

Pros

Liquid Planner feels like a non-profit! Very little urgency or accountability. This might be a con for some but it suits my lifestyle. Women like me definitely have the upper hand here. Not a great company for men but they have every other company. We have an incredibly cool board that correctly prioritizes doing the "right" work over results.

Cons

Our CEO has gotten somewhat erratic over the last 6 months and we have lost about 3/4 of our Executive Team (doesn't seem like we are back-filling them). I get along with the CEO by complimenting her on things. The Sales team is consistently weak and can't succeed in selling our one of a kind product (it's been quite a while since we achieved our goals. ). We are on our 4th or 5th sales director in the last 3 years and seems like we might be headed for another change.
