Direct supervisor and HR were great and helped overall growth. Let me lead without a lot of restraint. Trusted my judgements. I really do miss the support from them.

it's a newer company so a lot still needs to be done and streamlined. I felt like VP & Corporate did not have managers best interests in mind and minimal growth effort. Really just seemed like they grew managers that had been there the longest without looking into their overall contributions to the company.

You can become a freelance employee which is attractive to makeup artist who only want a few shifts

I don't even know where to start with this absolute mess of a company. I pray everyday that the go bankrupt. The managment is a complete and total mess. Almost not even their fault with how horrible corporate is I actually feel badly for them. This company will work you for such little money. There were days I wouldn't eat because there were so many reservations and not enough time. The time off rules are INSANE. This is a retail position. Let me have days off. I work a salary corporate job now and it's less stressful than this job. When I started I was working 12 hours a week. Then all the sudden I'm working 38 hours and still not being offered benefits? This company is a complete joke I know it might look like a fun job it is genuinely one of the worst I have ever had if you are looking for a job and reading these reviews do not do it to yourself. Scheduling between staff and reservations is so unorganized they have absolutely no excuse this is not a new company you have been open for years figure it out.
