      Very nice people in the office, believe in the industry and services

      Cons

      Too much talk about training but not really offered, horrible management, can't make a decision, Sacramento runs everything, low salary, technology doesn't work half the time

      A great place to work. Really take employee satisfaction seriously. Work life balance is a core value.

      Overall great firm and working environment. Staff is great and working overload is not too crazy. Wish we had more creative projects to work with.
