      Pros

      Great people to work with, amazing benefits, and flexibility with schedules.

      Cons

      There seems to be some restructuring issues and difficulty with balancing workload among departments. Many employees seemed to be struggling with keeping up with their workload and were often expected to work overtime to meet deadlines. The pay is lower than market average.

      Overall great firm and working environment. Staff is great and working overload is not too crazy. Wish we had more creative projects to work with.
