Pros
Company is trying to improve in many aspects from systems to customer satisfaction level. I have the pleasure of working with people that are smart, enthusiastic, caring and supportive. Hardly no politics here at Linkyo. Linkyo is a small ecommerce company, so changes are quick and many challenges to experience. Great place to work for entrepreneur spirited people. Unlike the large company, CEO is easily reachable and your voice is quick to be heard. Overall, making decision to execution do not take forever like some other large companies. Company has super loyal employees that makes Linkyo shine. There are hard working and loyal employees (like me) at Linkyo that truly enjoys working here. I believe I grew professionally with Linkyo and is proud of where I am now. Vacation and health insurance plan has improved over the years. Hope for more improvement in the future!
Cons
Company is learning as we all experience changes but sometimes tend to be too proactive and at other times too reactive. A good balance will bring much success to Linkyo in the future!
