Pros

Shifts, 2 weeks of vacation (depending of how long you've been working there).

Cons

Linkeo Canada - No regular benefits. The two weeks of vacations are not payed by the company, you pay them with the accumulate of your vacation hours. The company is constantly changing rules, a lot of rotation, people don't like to stay. They say there's no pressure but there is, they give you a weekly target and you have to comply with it. They ask you to make invasive questions to business owners. Only the sales reps go to their trips, not call center agents. Commissions are only if the sales rep makes a sale, not for the appointments.

Pros

During my time at Linkeo, I had the pleasure of working under Eduardo’s leadership. He was always supportive and highly knowledgeable, creating an environment where the team could grow and succeed. Eduardo consistently pushed and motivated us to reach our goals while making sure we felt guided and equipped along the way. I personally learned a great deal from his coaching and leadership style, which had a lasting positive impact on my professional development.
