      Not a good experience - avoid

      Pros

      Other sales people on my team were great to learn with.

      Cons

      Everyone on my team plus two or more seasoned sales people were terminated within five weeks. The training was hard in that a lengthy script had to be learned in a short space of time and they expected sales right off the bat. The training was stressful and the expectations of newbies is unrealistic. I suspect the turnover is very high. After all the firings, the seasoned sales staff were stunned to say the least. You think you're doing well and get sacked with no warning.

      Pros

      Freedom to make appointments based around my time and location. Supportive management with realistic expectations. I highly enjoy coming to the office Monday's and Wednesday's as we have a great team atmosphere.

      Honestly nothing so far.

      Pros

      Great team, very interesting projects, everyone going in the same direction to develop the company! It's a pleasure to go to the office each working days.

      I can't see any cons. They are hidden by a great work ambiance.
