Thank you for your review. It’s great to see that you’ve highlighted some positives, like flexible schedules, the vacation policy, and a casual office environment. You seem to be misinformed about some LSI policies. As our tutoring operations are online, there is Internet access, and the proxy server ensures the security of information. If access to a particular website is needed, you are encouraged discuss it with your supervisor. Access is reviewed and granted routinely. LSI maintains an open-door policy with regards to management, as outlined in the handbook. The tutor managers’ offices are located within the tutoring lab, and tutors are encouraged to go to their supervisors at any time with ideas or concerns. The training and pedagogy are aligned to several national academic tutoring organizations. We’ve shared your feedback with the appropriate teams and wish you all the best in your professional career.
