Direct manager is nice, PTO policy good

Pay is horrible, redundant development/goal setting multiple times a year, they chase away good employees but keep the horrible ones around until retirement, no accountability, promotions are a popularity contest and not based on actual quality and productivity scores, there is special treatment for employees related to higher ups
