Pros
The culture is good, the people are good, the tech is good. We are given the space to drive innovative solutions, highly goal driven organisation. The sales team is probably the best the energy the momentum is great and that drives us to work and give our best. Plus the sales leader is someone we can always look upto. A great person who understands his subordinates, and helps them grow. The founder is again a great guy, he is always available for you and listens to you and your views. He always reachable and helps us with everything when and wherever needed.
Cons
Salary is something we can work on, but the culture balances that. There were great perks in the beginning however they were stopped but it starting one after the other every month.
