Pros

Before joining everything will look like pros

Cons

1. In last 6 months many big banks and brands has launched same product which made it tough for Liminal to survive, after recent incidents 2. You can't work from home for a signle day, if its raining then only you can 3. Almost every person is trying to leave 4. Toxic environment, they have hired few old age people in tech, they are just showing off and trying to micromanage 5. Flexible time is a joke here, managers will keep torturing you if you are not coming ofc on time or leaving before 6. All the benefits are stopped, Only twice a day tea vendor will come, else you will have to go out for tea or coffee 7. Appraisal is pending from last 1 year 8. Old tech stack 9. Only 7 days in a year you can do work from home(if its raining) , or else they will force you to Apply leave 10. HRs are toxic, they won't listen to anything 11. Even for a tissue paper in ofc it takes long time and approvals 12. Office place is pathetic, most of the time we need to use personal hotspot, there's a one way road 13. No feedback taken by top management, Even if you raise any concern, no action will ne taken 14. QA lead is worst, rude and always try to play safe, very unprofessional 15. People are leaving back to back, It has became so toxic that without getting any offer people left from here, 16. Clients are leaving, buisness is getting impacted 17. No. Growth, no appraisal, No performance tracking

Pros

Liminal is full of incredibly bright and motivated people who care deeply about building something meaningful. The company operates at the intersection of data, technology, and market intelligence, which makes the work intellectually engaging. There’s a lot of opportunity to take ownership, shape new processes, and have a real impact — especially if you’re comfortable working in an evolving environment. Leadership is approachable, and collaboration across teams is encouraged.

Cons

Because the company is still scaling, priorities can shift quickly, and roles may evolve as the organization grows. The pace can feel intense at times, and some processes are still being built out. Work-life balance depends on your team and personal boundaries.
