- Need more holidays off -No Dental Insurance -When you are an assistant to some one whether it be for Amazon or customer service your voice can get over looked. However, it wasn't really from the bosses mostly from coworkers outside of the department you work in. Viewing you as an assistant and nothing more. When this was brought to the attention to the bosses they did do their best to resolve the issue.
