Management will routinely expect you to stay beyond your scheduled hours without even discussing it with you by leaving gaps in coverage and putting you in a situation where DDS can file on you if you leave but they don't schedule anyone to relieve you
There is a neighbor who harasses, records, and berates staff and management has not done anything to manage the situation to protect staff
