Pros

Great work/life balance. Imagine a mental health practice where you feel encouraged to care for your mental health and well-being! This is the place. Lots of incentives and management seems to really like it here and care about your feedback.

Cons

Takes some time to get up and running.

Pros

Easy systems, wonderful people, make your own schedule, no micromanaging. W2, even PT receive some benefits. Clients are consistent and well suited to telehealth.

Cons

None other than the fact that pay is lower than some 1099 roles, but as a W2 the pros outweigh the cons here.

Pros

Lifebulb is a good company to work for if you are primarily interested in part-time counseling roles. You will not be micromanaged. They offer several weekly options for case consultation. The lead support person is responsive. The clients are generally motivated. The EMR is pretty user-friendly.

Cons

If you are seeking a full time schedule with Lifebulb, it is difficult to achieve with their current business model. I have worked for the company for nearly 6 months and have been unable to maintain the minimum of 25 clients weekly needed in order to receive full time benefits including insurance, leave time, and internet reimbursement. They are frequently hiring more staff without ensuring the staff who are interested in full-time are able to achieve that goal.
