Pros
Our work environment is beautiful. New facility provides much comfort and company pride. Facility and grounds are secure and safe. Office equipment and supplies are of great quality and easily upgraded, purchased and maintained. Staff works hard to be a team, especially as we grow. We have added staff as a result of our growth. Upper management is generous with daily perks with a full pantry and beverage fridge. Along with these perks we have great benefits of insurance, stock options, 401k, etc. We have great celebrations, team activities and events that allow our team to get to know one another outside of work which enhances our team commitments. I have been grateful from the first day to current. I look forward to many more great moments.
Cons
Our growth had challenges but management was supportive. Cons are non-existent in my personal experience.
