Thank you for your feedback. You’re right on target when you say we are a high-feedback culture—and we have to be willing to welcome the negative as well as the positive. Our mission is to lead people to become fully-devoted followers of Christ, and we can’t afford to chase anything less than excellence in pursuit of that mission. That’s why we always value feedback and seek people who value it, too. We believe that, without high feedback, we won’t be able to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually.
