An absolute disgrace of a workplace - Store Manager Lidl Employee Review

No respect for your private life and demands that you're available at all hours and to cover any missing shifts No compensation for overtime (did 80+ hours one week and got nothing for it except a pat on the back) Horrible district manager who would treat everyone like robots (sighed and complained about having to fix the schedule because one employee had to go off because of a death in the family) Constant bullying and guilttrip when people didn't want to work more overtime. Constant understaffing Horrible upper management No clear goal with routines changing every week because of poor communication. There's so much more to write, but if you have a soul and value your private life... Avoid working at Lidl with everything you've got.
