      Hard work but decent pay - Retail Assistant Lidl Employee Review

      Pros

      Regular on time pay. Money went up recently and good company benefits.

      Cons

      Non stop working, can’t be seen doing nothing or talking around too long. Felt like a donkey on most shifts and breaks are random depending on who took it last or wants to go next. Oh yea you get one yes one 30minute break!!!
