      Pros

      Fast paced, international company growing within the UK at a phenomenal pace. Simple business model. Better than average remuneration. Good career opportunities up to Store manager

      Cons

      Poor HR support, still in the process of change to cater to the UK employment expectations. Little to no career path past store manager. High expectations with regard to commitment, physicality and flexibility. Systems very antiquated.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
