      Pros

      Great colleagues to work with most of the time. Salary good for area which spoils you for other jobs.

      Cons

      Once you face doesn't fit you soon know about it and they'll do everything and anything to make your life a misery forcing you out. Length of service and loyalty mean nothing.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
