      Pros

      my coworkers are great, the pto is good, the benefits are competitive, most of the job is easy.

      Cons

      leadership is terrible, you never know if you’ll be let go, theres no strategy or goals to work towards, theres a promotions freeze except for upper leadership, and everyone is unhappy.
