Pros

A great company to work for. A lot of progression and you can have a decent career here that pays well. Big fan of the brand. The experience really depends on what department you are in. There are some fab people who work there, easy going and fun colleagues. Pay is very good. Good benefits like pension, mat leave etc. I was there during covid so I didn't get to experience the social/office environment but the new office looks great.

Cons

Corporate rules which you get with any huge company Annual leave isn't great until you hit the 5 year mark You have to jump through a lot of hoops and wait a long time to get promoted. Bad management - I left because of an awful manager. Lots of people complained and the company did nothing.
