      Salary slightly higher compared to similar roles in other companies.

      Cons

      Very poor quality of work and communication from management. Business strategies changed radically in less than 1 year making work planning virtually impossible. Life-work balance and mental health are promoted in the training but completely ignored in the day-to-day activities.

      Pros

      Benefits are excellent, most people at the peer level are great. Clear performance expectations. Decent cross functional communication

      Cons

      Company leadership very European and doesn't quite understand the American consumer even after being in the US so long. Unreasonable expectations are the norm. No upward mobility unless you are European or speak fluent German.
