      Set hours Some nice people to work with No rewards Okay money

      Cons

      Set hours - can't change your shifts, Back breaking work 'pick rates' - targets to hit No one is reprimanded for not doing their job. (Have seen violence in workplace and still didn't get sacked!) If you're good at your job, they don't press you. They keep you picking so it makes the management look better. Large staff turnover.

      Very divers tasks diverging from different products lines like dry food, fresh food, flowers, bakery

      Doesn’t use much of the new tools, excel only
